Requesting help

Email support@kitchenflair.shop with your order number, a description of the fault and any helpful photographs. Please stop using a product if you believe it may be unsafe.

Additional warranties

Any additional commercial or manufacturer warranty will be stated specifically for the product. This page does not promise an additional warranty period. Any voluntary warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

Care and use

Follow the product’s care instructions and compatibility information. Accidental damage and misuse may fall outside a voluntary warranty, but your statutory rights are not affected.
