Description

Ooni’s latest electric oven, Ooni Volt 2 opens new ways to make authentic, restaurant-quality pizza in the comfort of your own home.
Made with Pizza Intelligence™. Pizza Intelligence is Ooni’s most advanced oven control system yet. It’s an adaptive cooking system that adjusts the oven’s temperature in real time for speed, accuracy and a perfect bake every time, all at the touch of a button. There are 3 preset modes – Neapolitan, Thin & Crispy and Pan Pizza – making any style of pizza as easy as one-touch.

Dough Proofing Mode – use the proofing mode to prove your dough at a steady 20°C
Oven & Broil – Oven & Broil Modes unlock exceptional versatility in Volt 2, like never before. Providing the same temperatures and cooking opportunities as your home oven, Volt 2 offers plenty of space for quick midweek meals, cookies, pies and more.
Customisable Presets – Two custom preset buttons allow you to save your favourite oven settings, allowing you to return to them bake after bake after bake.
Volt 2 reaches temperatures your home oven could only dream about. It quickly and safely reaches up to 450 °C, the same high temperatures that professional pizza chefs use, letting you cook perfectly leopard-spotted Neapolitan pizza at home.
More Volt 2 features
  • Boost Mode – when making Neapolitan pizza you can supercharge the oven’s top heating element to deliver pro-level pizza in 90 seconds
  • XL Viewing Window – an edge-to-edge triple-paned, 4mm thick tempered glass window offers an unobstructed, crystal-clear view of what you are cooking
  • Intuitive Digital Interface – Easy setup – get cooking right away with one-touch presets and easy to understand icons and settings
  • Multipurpose Oven Shelf – Slide in the Oven Shelf to circulate air when cooking, or use it as a cooling rack for crispier pizza crusts
